I recently went to Mark for a health consultation, mostly concerning my weight. Mark was very understanding that just cause you're overweight doesn't mean you have no will power or there is some fault in you this way. He listened and helped with solutions and suggestions to my individual concerns and limitations both physical and self-imposed and helped with ideas dealing with areas that might seem different to most and with options for meals, especially Breakfast (an area that I have always struggled with.). He also gave me some tools online to help me monitor myself and help stay on track and for things I could consider purchasing or further help me succeed.
